Sandhills Cabinetry & Design provides design, sales, and installation of cabinetry, tile, and countertops. All services are subject to project-specific contracts, estimates, and agreements.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are subject to change based on material costs, design changes, or site conditions
  • Final pricing will be outlined in your signed agreement
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges

Payments

  • Payment terms will be defined in your project agreement
  • Late payments may result in delays or additional fees

Project Timeline

  • Timelines are estimates and may be affected by product availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control

Product Variations

Natural materials (such as wood, stone, and tile) may vary in color, pattern, and texture. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Installation & Site Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing a safe and accessible work environment
  • Any unforeseen structural or site issues may result in additional costs or delays

Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to products where applicable
  • Installation workmanship warranties (if offered) will be outlined in your project agreement

Limitation of Liability

Sandhills Cabinetry & Design is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Intellectual Property
